Oil, linen canvas

I never expected this drawing to come to life in such vivid colors.
It was a sketch that I made when I was feeling incredibly sad and heavy after a conflict with my son.
That day, I had scolded him, which was wrong of me.
I deeply regretted losing control of my emotions and felt guilty and worthless afterwards.
Of course, I tried my best to make up for it and replace the bad memory with something positive.
But the painting still haunts me, serving as a reminder of lost love and wasted time. It reminds me of how pointless, painful, and foolish it is to hurt those who care about us. It's easy to let anger slip through and cause harm. While we can try to make things right, the damage is often irreparable.
The message of the plot is that we should cherish those who need our love and attention.
We should not hurt those who love us, especially our closest ones.
Otherwise, we risk to stay in darkness, emptiness, and loneliness.
